Uploaded files may include sensitive personal information because government paperwork often contains identity, address, travel, or financial details.

How We Use Information

We use your information to extract data from documents, prepare form packages, check packet completeness, support admin review, generate downloads, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. We do not sell personal information.

AI Processing

Uploaded materials and confirmed form details may be sent to configured AI providers for OCR, document review, policy lookup, and structured formatting. These integrations are used only to deliver the document preparation workflow.

Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files and generated packages are retained for a limited operational period, currently configured by server retention settings. Users can delete an application from the dashboard, or request help by contacting support with the dashboard token and email address.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, session-protected workflows, server-side upload validation, restricted file types, CSRF-protected actions, audit logs, and admin authentication. No web service can guarantee absolute security, so users should upload only documents required for the selected service.
